A Private Pilates Training Program gives you the advantage of personalized workouts that challenge you to MOVE from your “powerhouse” (core) against the resistance of springs or your own bodyweight. Each 60min, full-body workout is designed to progress you from basic to advanced Pilates exercises using the Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels, Pedi Pole and Mat with the ultimate goal of having “complete control over your body”.

The key to a successful Pilates practice is consistency. An ideal training program is 2-3 workouts/week which gives your body and mind the opportunity to create and retain new movement habits.
