To invigorate my mind. Practicing a movement system reinforces a growth mindset which translates into other areas of my life. I know that success comes from consistent effort and resilience.

To elevate my spirit. Even when I’m not in the mood to move, honoring that commitment leaves me feeling motivated, energized, and empowered.

I’ve taught numerous exercise modalities, but it’s Classical Pilates that continues to transform the way my clients move and feel in their bodies.

Classical Pilates is a comprehensive method of physical and mental conditioning designed to boost your vitality and longevity. We’ll focus on safe and effective training progressions to systematically build your strength, stability, flexibility, and stamina using the full spectrum of Mr. Pilates’ exercises and equipment. Your consistent practice will reinforce optimal postural and movement habits that will keep you feeling young, highly mobile, and confident.

I welcome clients of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. I get excited about collaborating with people who value moving and feeling the best they possibly can versus the quest for purely aesthetic goals with a “no pain, no gain” mentality. Also, those who recognize that consistency, patience, resilience, and a sense of humor are keys to creating new movement habits that support lasting change.

I’ll customize a Classical Pilates Training Program for you using the Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels, Pedi Pole, and Mat. And you’ll experience the invigorating challenge of coordinating your body, mind, and breath so that you have greater control of how you move and feel.

If you prefer Pilates in the privacy of your own home, I’m happy to accommodate you with whatever equipment you have; even if it’s just a mat and props. I am available to commute to areas of Manhattan and downtown Brooklyn.
