Starting Dec 9th “get your freak on” with daily pics, collages, &/or videos that demonstrate some of the different ways in which these Contrology exercises appear in the system to 1.) introduce 2.) challenge &/or 3.) reinforce specific movement patterns across multiple pieces of apparatus. For example, I might "bring" pics of #swandive + Swan on the Barrel + Hanging Pull-Ups to the party.

Mental and physical wellbeing are the two main criterias to be healthy wealthy and happy as we all know.
Three dos in my opinion for physical functionality are :-
1. Do any physical activity (ies ) you enjoy. Be it sports or dance or cardio!
2. But no amount of cardio is going to help you 100% hence resistance training is 100% necessary
3. Add Pilates or yoga to help you perform the above two! 📹 #2017 #repost

Pilates Exercise of the Month: CONTROL BALANCE. Benefit: This advanced exercise strengthens hip extensors, improves hip flexibility and strengthens core. You should be able to pereform Roll Over, Jack Knife and Scissors correctly before adding this exercise.

Now we dig into the connections of one of the most iconic Pilates exercises. The Teaser. You can work for years to get a solid Teaser and it’s a huge achievement. Then you find out it’s just one of the elements of Boomerang I & II and let’s put it at the start of Twist on the Wunda, a tiny apparatus with little to no support. Bring it!
